official session one

we had our session one wif the RT boys yest morning. some of them were early. they were actually sitting down outside the ice-breaking room when we arrived. i'm impressed. :) we start our lesson officially at 8.45am. yups. their first lesson was on MS word. to re-type the ground rules set. though most of them said that they knew what MS word is all about (based on the survey they did last week), the first lesson proves that it is not really true. cos when we were doin the exercise, they were actually nt sure where to find the buttons and stuffs. hah.

oh. one of my buddies actually came late. at 9+ am. told me dat he woke up late. hope he wont repeat the same thing again for the next lesson. during the exercises, i guess its a little bit testing for me. cos both my buddies are nt reali very interested in the exercise they are supposed to do. D actually keep asking me to do it for him! and H is like just plainly copying what D is doing or what i told him to type. haha. so i guess it was abit over-the-limit for me. i must do smth to make them interested in all the upcoming lessons for them to benefit from smth in class.

den joyce started with her lesson on resume. followed by dzul's sponsorship letter writing. oh. there was a talk on NIAS by alvin. n again, D was sleeping thru the talk. hmph. we ended session one at 11.45am. followed by debrief. i went off at like 12.15pm, even before debrief really ends. cos i was oreadi late for my NDP rehearsal. haha.


P/S: hmm. i tink communication breakdown is normal everywhere. but we can work together to haf lesser breakdowns k guys? :)
