session 1

didnt blog last week. so i shall first briefly talk about last week first. it was ice-breaking session. me and dzul was somehow the game master lah. had a good time with the RT boys. instead of us breaking the ice, they seem to be the ones that warm up the situation. weird right? but then there was good enough communication and bonding between us and them. yupz. we each was allocated to 2 or 3 boys so that it is easier to help them whenever they need. overall was alright la, everything was fine and fun. yupz

this week is the first session. morning i realise that some communication problem within the group again. well, try to be so blur le okay? we cannot afford to have any more communication breakdown le. time is running up. well, be clear of what we are suppose to do please. (for those yet to write their short description about their roles, please do it soon. At least we could make suggestions for you all.) i am not trying to pinpoint anything. I just feel that after 5 weeks of meetings and working together, i dont see why communication still can occur, maybe all of us should reflect on this? we could come up with a system or something? well, suggestions?

our group (joyce, dzul and me) is the first group to start the session and me got to be the one who have to start the ball rolling. started with ground rules and then got them to type in the ground rules with the different formatting. it was alittle scary. my apology that i have neglected that some may not know how to use Words and yet i assume they got basic knowledge. sorry about that. my apology once again. then proceed to joyce's resume writing, guess it was okay cause people do concentrate cause i think this "lesson" actually will help them in looking for job etc. had a break but then the boys did not come back in time, hence we got to rush our schedule abit.

after the break, it was a talk by alvin. er, i did saw some guys falling asleep coz i was sitting in front la. guess that's why they did not know the reason of learning how to write the sponsorship letter and what is it for. anyway everything went on smoothly. had a small debrief and that ends the class.
